I agree that Just Playing With Glass LLC shall not be liable or responsible for injury or death to me or my minor child associated with any Just Playing With Glass activities. I understand there are certain inherent risks associated with creating fused glass art, and I assume all such risks of injury and damage resulting from those activities. Additionally, I acknowledge that I will not sue Just Playing With Glass LLC or its owner, Cynthia Karsten, should such injuries injuries occur.
